Another Happy Homeowner!
We just recevied this great review from Jennifer R. She and her husband had a beautiful home in the country, north-west of the city that they had listed with a realtor for months. They told me they never even had a showing; not one. When their listing expired, they called us. After meeting with them and finding out what they needed, we put their house under contract with their existing mortgage in place. This allowed them to move up north for a job transfer knowing that we would take care of everything. We closed on the property. In about a month, we found an excellent, out of state, buyer for the home and were able to pay off the existing mortgage in about a year and a half.
Again, we took care of everything and kept them informed every step of the way. We knew they were skeptical at first, but soon they were convinced when they saw the mortgage being paid every month and were covered with taxes and insurance. Now, they’re definetly covinced as the mortgage was paid off in full, several months back.
